Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 10, 2026

StraightLineRX ("we," "us," or "our") operates straightlinerx.com and related marketing pages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it. If you have questions, email us at [email protected].

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a form, take a quiz, request a savings estimate, or book a call. That includes:

  • First and last name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Employee headcount or company size (where entered)
  • Health plan type and renewal month (where entered in our estimator or scorecard tools)

We also collect standard technical information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use LinkedIn's Insight Tag and similar tracking tools to measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies on your device.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Contact you about StraightLineRX's supplemental prescription benefit service
  • Send you email sequences related to the resource you requested (quiz results, scorecard breakdown, savings estimate, or renewal planner)
  • Schedule and conduct calls with our team
  • Improve our website, tools, and ad targeting
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Email communications

When you submit a form on our site or through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, you may receive follow-up emails from StraightLineRX or our team. These emails relate directly to the resource you requested or to our service. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You can opt out at any time and we will stop sending you marketing emails promptly. All commercial emails we send comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

4. Third-party tools we use

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our business:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and email platform. Contact information you submit is stored and managed here.
  • LinkedIn — we run paid ads on LinkedIn and use LinkedIn's Lead Gen Forms to collect contact information. LinkedIn's own privacy policy governs what LinkedIn does with your data on their platform.
  • Liviniti — our pharmacy benefit management partner. If you become a customer, your enrollment information is shared with Liviniti to administer the benefit. Liviniti's own privacy terms govern their use of that data.
  • Google Fonts — we load fonts from Google's servers. Your browser sends a request to Google when loading our pages.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and ad measurement. The LinkedIn Insight Tag tracks page visits and ad-driven conversions on our site. You can opt out of LinkedIn's tracking at linkedin.com/psettings. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through browser settings.

6. Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe from our emails and ask us to remove your information, we will delete your contact record from our active database within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

7. California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to know. You may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete. You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions required by law.
  • Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. No opt-out action is required, but you have this right by law and we want to state it clearly.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days as required by California law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are directed at business professionals and employers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active contacts where appropriate. Continued use of our site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
